Beginning with your first session, we will take the time to identify why you have made the important decision today to seek help and how I can uniquely assist you with understanding your unique needs and achieving your specific challenges and goals.

We will work together to craft a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your specific concerns and designed to empower you on your path/journey.

Engaged Therapy Sessions
I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we'll establish a foundation built on trust and collaboration. In order to provide quality and beneficially substantive therapy, my recommendation is to offer 50 minute Tele Health sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
